What You’ll Bring n

- Trade Qualification (Cert IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent).

- Experience in high-volume restaurants.

- Passion for fresh, local produce and coastal dining.

- Strong teamwork, communication, and consistency under pressure.

- Excellent understanding of food safety and kitchen standards.
