nThe opportunity: n

Marsdens Law Group are looking to employ a junior administrative assistant to undertake a traineeship at our branch office in Liverpool for a twelve (12) month period.

n
n

The successful applicant will receive a Certificate III in Business Administration (Legal Services) as well as invaluable experience in a legal office.

n
n

This is a full-time role with hours being 8.30am – 5.15pm, Monday to Friday. This is a fantastic entry level position and would suit current school leavers with a view to career advancement.

n
nKey Responsibilities but not limited to:

n
- Perform a range of administration tasks;
n
n
- Photocopying, scanning and filing;
n
n
- Data entry and maintaining databases and registers;
n
n

n
nThe successful applicant must: n
n

n
n
- Be well presented for a legal office;
n
n
- Quick to pick up new skills and adapt to new environments;
n
n
- Demonstrate sound computer skills;
n
n
- Solid written and verbal communication skills;
n
n
- Be able to work in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment with multiple focus points and work to deadlines;
n
n
- Be a self starter and highly responsible.
n
n
- NOT have completed a Certificate III or higher in Legal or Business services.
n
