Our client is dedicated to providing their patients with only the highest quality of care and are committed to promoting good health and well-being. The position is a part-time role working on 4 days per week. Perfect for work/life balance!

Monday 7.30 am to 3.30 pm
n
Tuesday 7.30 am to 3.30 pm
n
Wednesday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
n
Thursday RDO - relief as required
n
Friday 7.30 am to 3.30 pm
n
Saturday Occasional relief as required 9.30 am to 1.30 pm
n

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: n

- Meeting and greeting patients on arrival to the clinic
n
- Data input into the system - registering patients
n
- Accepting and receipting payments
n
- Answering telephones
n
- Use of Best Practice Medical Software
n
n
Previous experience within a private general practice and knowledge of Best Practice is highly desirable. The ability to work within a team environment in a quick-paced practice whilst maintaining outstanding customer service skills will guarantee you this role.
