Job Description

Bar's Leaks Australia LP in Sydney seeks an Operations Manager to own manufacturing and warehouse operations. You will lead a small team with real authority, from formulation to packing, and support leadership with audits and reporting.

Key responsibilities include maintaining the ISO 9001 quality system, stock accuracy in MYOB, WHS compliance, and coaching staff to safer, more productive workflows.
