CEA Consolidated Industries is seeking experienced Metal Fabricators / Welders to join our team in Coolaroo, Victoria. This full-time position is an integral part of our manufacturing team, specifically within the Welders & Boilermakers sub-industry.

What you'll be doing n

n
- Fabricating steel structures and components to precise specifications
n
- Performing various welding techniques to join metal parts
n
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
n
- Operating mechanical equipment such as grinders, power tools and cutting machines
n
- Collaborating with the production team to ensure timely delivery of projects
n
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
n
- Continuously improving processes and workflows
n

What we're looking for nn
- Proven experience as a steel fabricator or welder,



ideally within the manufacturing industry
n
- Solid knowledge of welding techniques and equipment, including MIG, TIG and stick welding
n
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
n
- Proficient in the use of power tools, cutting equipment and other fabrication machinery
n
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
n
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
n
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
n
- Forklift, confined space, HRW licences is advantageous
n

Immediate start

Full-time position - 38 hr week n

7:00am to 3.05pm Monday to Thursday

n

7:00am to 3.30pm Friday

n

Optional Saturdays (when available)
