Battery Stop, located in Campbellfield, is offering a full-time sales & battery installation role. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills and expertise in the automotive industry. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality battery sales and installation services to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge to help customers find the right battery or accessory for their needs
n
- Assisting with inventory management
n
- Stock replenishment, and maintaining merchandising displays
n
- Accurately diagnosing battery issues and recommending appropriate remedies
n
- Installing batteries in vehicles and other equipment, ensuring a seamless customer experience
n
- Invoicing and other paperwork
n

Other Duties nn
- Loading and unloading of trucks/pallets
n
- Picking and packing orders
n
- Handling cash and card transactions
n
- Supporting the team with any other tasks as required
n
- Maintaining a clean,



protected and organised work environment
n

Skills and Attributes nn
- General hands-on skills with basic tools
n
- Full Australian Drivers Licence (non probationary)
n
- Strong technical problem-solving skills (job-specific training provided)
n
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to confidently communicate with all personalities
n
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and the willingness to learn and grow
n
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety
n
- Hold a current forklift licence or willing to obtain one if required
n
- The ability to build trust and provide clear explanations to customers.
n
- Professional and tidy personal presentation.
n

Hours n

Weekdays 8am - 5:45pm
n Saturdays 9am - 3pm (if required)

n

45 hours per week will generally be worked (including 7 hours of overtime)
