About the Roles:
n We’re on the lookout for a reliable and energetic Kitchen Hands and Cooks to join our team on a casual basis to work rotational shifts across a mix of days, nights and weekends!

n

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping things clean and organised, we’d love to hear from you!

n

Assist with basic food preparation

n

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food prep areas

n

Dispose of waste and follow hygiene protocols

n

Support chefs and kitchen staff as needed

n

Key Responsibilities - Cook

n

Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard, following recipes and presentation guidelines.

n

Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.

n

Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

n

Assisting with food prep, stock rotation.

n

In this role you will assist chefs with food preparation,



keep the kitchen clean and organised, operate dishwashers, and ensure cookware and utensils are ready for service

n

What We’re Looking For:

n

Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting (preferred but not essential)

n

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

n

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

n

Valuable communication and teamwork skills

n

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
