- Experienced recruitment consultant

Responsibilities
n

- utilising sales/marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies; understanding their companies and their work workplace
n
- advertising open positions by placing job adverts; attracting candidates and building relationships with them
n
- using internal databases to match the right candidate to the client's vacancy
n
- arranging interviews with potential candidates and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
n
- preparing CVs to forward to clients regarding most suitable applicants
n
- regular candidate care and client care
n

Qualifications/experience
n
n
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
n
- Initiative and dedicated
n
- Customer service or administration experience is advantageous
n
- Ability to track progress (amount of calls, CV’s sent and interview requests)
n
