TwoScots Recruitment is partnering with a for purpose, not-for-profit organisation to recruit a temporary Payroll Officer. Based in Melbourne’s CBD this opportunity offers a supportive team environment and hybrid working, with two days in the office and three days from home.

Responsibilities Include nn
- Supporting accurate and timely end to end payroll processing using Chris21
n
- Maintaining employee records, including new starters, terminations and payroll changes
n
- Processing leave, adjustments and back payments
n




- Responding to employee payroll queries clearly and professionally
n
- Working closely with the team to meet payroll deadlines and improve processes
n

Skills & Experience nn
- Previous experience in an end to end Payroll Officer role
n
- Hands on experience using Chris21
n
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll processes and relevant legislation
n
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
n
- Explicit communication skills and a collaborative approach
n
- Previous experience in the not-for-profit sector would be advantageous
n
