Join our supportive Housing Services Team to manage a portfolio across greater Brisbane, ranging from inner-city suburbs to northern.
Role Description n
The Housing Officer is responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of properties across social, affordable and market rent. By building strong relationships with tenants and landlords, they deliver a first class tenancy experience and an unparalleled property management service.

This is a hybrid role, working both remotely and from the Head Office in Milton. The role includes a fully maintained company vehicle, phone and laptop.

What we're looking for: n
The ideal candidatemust be comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders from a range of backgrounds.
n
Mandatory:A current QLD Real Estate Agent Licence and registration.
n
n
- Previous experience in real estate / social housing
n
- Familiarity with a property management database (Console Cloud will be highly regarded)
n
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
n
- Strong time management and prioritisation
n
n
It is a legal requirement that you hold the relevant Queensland real estate registration certificate to act as a Housing Officer for this role. We cannot consider applicants without this qualification.
