We are looking for a warm, confident and highly organised receptionist to join our established dental practice in Darlinghurst - someone with an excellent phone manner who enjoys speaking with patients, builds rapport easily and is ready to take on more responsibility.

We are looking for a warm, confident and highly organised receptionist to join our established dental practice in Darlinghurst - someone with an excellent phone manner who enjoys speaking with patients, builds rapport easily and is ready to take on more responsibility.

The role n

You will be involved in:

n

n
- Welcoming patients and providing a professional, friendly experience
n
- Managing phone calls, enquiries, bookings and appointment changes
n
- Following up patients with unappointed treatment and arranging their next appointments
n
- Maintaining productive and well-organised appointment books
n
- Communicating confidently about treatment, appointments and fees
n
- Processing patient accounts, payments and billing, including following up outstanding accounts
n
- Supporting the clinical team with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
n

About you n

We're looking for someone with:

n

n




- At least 1 year of dental reception experience
n
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and engaging phone manner
n
- Solid organisation and attention to detail
n
- Initiative and a proactive approach to work
n
- A willingness to learn and take on greater responsibility
n

n

We're happy to provide training and support to the right person in any areas where they may have less experience.

You'll be joining an experienced and supportive team in a practice that values excellent patient care, strong communication and a positive working environment.
