Job Description

Viva Energy Group is seeking a Campaign Coordinator to support campaign delivery across our retail brands. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Campaign Marketing, you will coordinate timelines, assets and stakeholder alignment to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality materials.

You will maintain trackers, manage inputs across multiple teams and help prepare updates and materials, strengthening relationships with Marketing, Merchandise, Digital and agency partners while improving campaign
