Job Description

Synergie Australia is seeking a Claims Service Consultant to support a busy claims function in Sydney (2000). The role offers $35 - $40 per hour plus Super, with Monday to Friday hours and a rotating 7-day roster.

You will manage inbound claims enquiries, review claims against policies, liaise with internal teams and customers, and maintain accurate records while delivering timely, high-quality service in a fast-paced workplace.
