Pharmacy Assistant - Full time (Pacific Werribee Shopping Centre) Our third clinic opens at Pacific Werribee Shopping Centre on Monday 7th Sept, and we are seeking three Pharmacy Assistants to join us. n

Our Pharmacy Assistant role at Green Life is an exciting opportunity to be part of a modern, patient‑centred dispensary. You’ll support the smooth daily operation of the clinic by assisting with patient enquiries, processing sales, completing orders and helping ensure everything runs efficiently.

What you will do nn




- Assisting patients with prescription orders and enquiries.
n
- Answering calls and queued prescriptions for dispensing.
n
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
n
- Processing prescription payments via EFTPOS and credit card.
n
- Completing orders in person, by phone, and online.
n
- Supporting pharmacists with daily dispensary operations.
n

- Excellent organisational and communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Ability to work both independently and within a team

- Familiarity with eRx and ASL
n
- Experience with Z Software (preferred but not essential)

Qualifications nn
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
n
- S2/S3 Community Pharmacy certification (or be willing to obtain)
