Job Description

Gains Intermediate seeks a Finance Assistant to support the Controller and Leadership Team with day-to-day transactional finance work across all entities, focusing on accounts payable and cash posting.

You will process invoices, code spend, assist with monthly close, maintain Sage Intacct records, and help ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

n

We value detail, organization, solid communication, and the ability to work under pressure during high-volume periods.
