As the Senior Sous Chef, you will lead the Pasta section of the kitchen working closely with the Head Pizza Chef across the whole kitchen to create a memorable authentic Italian food experience for our guests.

Position Duties

This diverse role involves a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to:

n

- Efficiently being part of the leadership of the kitchen on day-to-day operations

n

- Being a role model for standards and behaviours consistent with the values and culture

n

- Ensuring high-quality food is served, and exceptional customer service is always maintained

n

- Training, developing and cross-training all team members

n

- Managing rostering and shift changes

n

- Ordering stock from various suppliers
