Xouris Family Dental is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and patient-focused Dental Assistants/Receptionists to join our teams at Port Kembla and Warrawong .

Tuesday to Friday

6:30am – 4:30pm

Both positions require flexibility to work across our three Xouris Family Dental locations — Port Kembla, Warrawong and Corrimal — when operationally required.

What You'll Be Doing n

We love team members who enjoy rolling up their sleeves and getting involved! Your role will include a combination of clinical assisting and front office responsibilities, including:

Chairside assisting and supporting our clinicians to deliver exceptional patient care

n
- n

Preparing treatment rooms, sterilisation and maintaining infection control standards

n
- n

Welcoming patients and creating a warm, positive first impression

n
- n

Managing appointments, patient enquiries and incoming calls

n
- n

Processing payments and assisting with general reception duties

n
- n

Working collaboratively with our clinicians and support teams to keep the practice running smoothly

n

What We're Looking For n

We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for patient care.

n

Ideally, you'll have:

n

- n

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, with reception experience highly regarded

n
- n

Confidence working in a busy dental environment

n
- n

Excellent communication and organisational skills

n
- n

A friendly, professional and patient-focused approach

n
- n

The ability to multitask and support both clinical and front office operations

n
- n

A flexible, team-first attitude

n
- n

Willingness and ability to travel between our three Illawarra practices when required
