Senior Dental Assistant at Dental Excel, a family-owned and operated dental group with practices across the Sunshine Coast. This role goes beyond traditional chairside assisting—you'll be the person who keeps the clinical side of the practice organised, consistent and running smoothly, taking ownership of clinical and back-of-practice systems.
Key responsibilities n
n
- Onboarding and inducting current Dental Assistants
n
- Maintaining clinical systems, procedures and checklists
n
- Overseeing infection control and sterilisation standards (ISO Accredited)
n
- Monitoring stock levels, ordering and stock rotation
n
- Coordinating equipment servicing and maintenance
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve clinical workflows
n
- Working closely with our Practice Manager and dentists
n
