nAbout the role n

You’ll work closely with agencies across government to improve the quality, accessibility and effectiveness of online information and services. You’ll provide advice on digital content principles, user-centred design, content governance and web publishing standards to help ensure Territorians can easily find and use the information they need.

n

This is an opportunity to influence how government communicates online and contribute to initiatives that improve the customer experience across government websites.

nWhat you’ll do n

- Provide specialist advice on digital content, accessibility and web standards.
n
n
- Support agencies to develop clear, accurate and user-focused content.
n
n
- Lead content reviews, audits and improvement initiatives.
n
n
- Apply best-practice content design and digital communication principles.
n
n
- Work with stakeholders to improve website usability and customer experience.
n
n
- Monitor content performance and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
n
n
- Contribute to governance, standards and strategic digital projects.
n
n

nWhat we’re looking for n

We’re seeking someone who has:

- Experience creating, reviewing or managing digital content.

- Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on plain language.
n
n
- Knowledge of web accessibility and user-centred design principles.
n

- Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills.
n
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
n
n
- Experience working within digital, communications, content, web or customer experience environments.
n
n
- Work on projects that have a direct impact on Territorians.
n
n
- Collaborate with digital specialists across government.
n
n
- Flexible location options across the Northern Territory.
