Sales Estimator – Pre Construction Rentokil Initial | Perth n

Rentokil Initial is seeking a motivated and commercially minded Sales Estimator – Pre Construction to join our growing Pre-Construction team. This role offers the opportunity to work with some of Australia's leading builders and developers, providing termite management and pest prevention solutions across residential and commercial construction projects.

About the Role n

As a Sales Estimator – Pre Construction, you will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations, tenders, and proposals while managing relationships with builders, developers, architects, and other construction professionals.

You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, securing contracts, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with Australian Standards, National Construction Code requirements, and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, tenders, and RFQs.
n
- Monitor builder and construction portals for current opportunities.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, plumbers, concreters, and other industry stakeholders.
n
- Secure new business and grow existing accounts.
n
- Ensure estimates are accurate, commercially viable, and compliant.
n
- Negotiate contracts and pricing within company guidelines.
n
- Provide technical advice on termite management systems and building structures.
n
- Monitor market activity, competitor movements, and industry trends.
n
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Service, Legal, and National Technical teams.
n
- Maintain accurate records,



reporting, scheduling, and customer follow-up activities.
n

About You n

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Essential n

✔ Experience in estimating, sales, account management, or procurement within the construction industry

n

✔ Strong commercial and negotiation skills

n

✔ Ability to interpret plans and specifications

n

✔ Experience managing tenders, quotations, and contracts

n

✔ Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

n

✔ Robust attention to detail and organisational skills

n

✔ Competency using industry-related software and Microsoft Office

n

✔ Commitment to safety, compliance, and customer service

Preferred n

n
- Construction-related trade or tertiary qualification
n
- Experience in termite management systems or pest management
n
- Previous experience working with builders and developers
n
- Understanding of Australian construction standards and building processes
n
