About the Role n
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a supportive aged care environment and provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents.

You will be responsible for delivering clinical care, completing assessments and documentation, administering medications, and working collaboratively with residents, families and the broader care team.
About You n

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
n
- Aged care experience highly regarded
n
- Solid clinical assessment and documentation skills
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centred care

- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
