The Opportunity n
An prospect for a hands-on HR Generalist to join a well-supported, centralised HR team supporting a diverse portfolio of businesses!
n
You will work across multiple businesses, covering all things HR Generalist and partnering with CEOs, GMs and senior leaders on everything from day-to-day HR and ER to restructures, consultation and transformation projects , no two days will look the same.
Your Role n
n
- Partner with leaders/managers to provide practical HR advice, coaching and support.
n
- Manage employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and grievances.
n
- Be involved in HR projects(e.g AI) , process improvements and people initiatives.
n
- Provide guidance on Australian employment legislation and HR policies.
n
- Leverage HR systems, technology and AI to improve HR delivery.
n
About You nn
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and employee relations.
n
- Confident partnering with leaders across a range of HR matters.
n
- Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
