Royal Freemasons is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team at Mount Martha Valley Residential Aged Care.

Working alongside a supportive and experienced care team, you will deliver high-quality, person-centered care that promotes dignity, independence and meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities: n

n
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
n
- Assist with personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals.
n
- Complete accurate care documentation and clinical records.
n
- Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism.
n
- Monitor and report changes in resident wellbeing, incidents, and hazards.
n
- Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, OH&S;, and infection control
n
- practices.
n




- Work collaboratively with the care team to achieve positive resident outcomes.
n
- Participate in mandatory training and continuous quality improvement activities.
n

Skills and Experience: n

n
- Minimum 1 year experience as Personal Care Assistant in Aged Care
n
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
n
- A compassionate, patient, and resident‑focused approach.
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
n
- Understanding of person‑centred care and dignity of risk.
n
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including minimum 2 day week shifts.
n

Key Requirements: n

- Valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
n
- Covid‑19 vaccination (three doses) and annual Flu Vaccine encouraged.
