The Prospect n
Embed sustainability into a major integrated station development in Parramatta. Working across design, procurement and construction, you will help project teams turn sustainability objectives into measurable outcomes and support Green Star certification.
Your Responsibilities n
n
- Coordinate sustainability actions and requirements across consultants, engineers and construction teams.
n
- Manage Green Star credit evidence, certification coordination and reporting.
n
- Review designs and procurement proposals for sustainability risks and improvement opportunities.
n
- Advise on energy, water, waste, materials, embodied carbon and responsible sourcing.
n
- Monitor construction performance through inspections and audits and maintain registers and KPIs.
n
- Provide practical recommendations to project leaders and work with environmental and design teams to implement them.
n
RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements n
n
- Relevant tertiary study in sustainability, environmental management, engineering, building or construction.
n
- Sustainability experience in construction, infrastructure, property or engineering.
n
- Strong knowledge of Green Star rating tools and certification requirements.
n
- Experience spanning design and construction, preferably in design-and-construct delivery.
n
- Understanding of sustainable building practices, resource efficiency, materials and embodied carbon.
n
- Clear documentation, stakeholder management and the ability to influence practical project decisions.
n
- GSAP accreditation and experience on major integrated developments are highly regarded.
n
