Job Description

Fox ESS is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Australia to provide high-quality support for our renewable energy solutions. You will diagnose hardware and software issues related to inverters and energy storage products, support customers via phone, email, chat, and in office visits when necessary.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of technical support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, professional English, and a valid driving license with willingness to travel across Australia.
