Kingpin is bringing our signature entertainment experience to Bondi Junction, and we're looking for an exceptional Parties & Events Manager to lead the charge in delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

What You'll Be Doing n

As our Parties & Events Manager, you'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of all parties and events within the venue, ensuring every celebration exceeds expectations.

You’ll:

n

n
- Lead the planning, coordination and execution of all parties and events from booking handover through to post-event feedback.
n
- Inspire, coach and develop a team of Event Hosts and a Party Supervisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
n
- Partner with venue leaders across Food & Beverage, Attractions and Operations to ensure events are seamlessly executed.
n
- Champion a guest-first culture and continually identify ways to elevate the event experience.
n
- Review event performance, guest feedback and operational outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
n
- Ensure all events are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with company standards.
n
- Build a positive, energetic and high-performing team culture.
n

You’ll bring:

- Experience leading event operations, hospitality, entertainment or guest experience teams.

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving outstanding guest feedback.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a team.
n
- Excellent planning, organisation and attention to detail.
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high service standards.
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- A collaborative approach and willingness to work across multiple departments.
n
- A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) or the ability to obtain one.
n
