Job Description

Cleanaway is seeking an experienced Hydrocarbons Operations Engineer to lead operations at the 24/7 Rutherford base oil facility in the Hunter Valley. You will ensure protected, compliant, cost-effective production and drive continuous improvement across operations and capital projects.

You will direct day-to-day operations, manage changes, coordinate with maintenance and capital works, develop SOPs, and train teams across shifts to uphold standard practices and KPIs.
