Job Description
Cater Care is hiring a Duty Manager for Sydney Domestic Airport (Mad Mex) on a permanent full time basis, 38 hours per week. We are seeking a hands-on, customer-focused leader with hospitality, retail or kitchen experience who can lead and support the team through each shift.

You will coordinate daily restaurant operations, uphold high standards of food safety and presentation, train staff, and balance customer service, kitchen and retail priorities. Availability from 5.00am starts is required.
