About the role n

Join Bolton Clarke in a high-impact 6-month contract role driving enterprise risk and internal audit outcomes. Partner with leaders and executives to strengthen governance, controls and risk capability across the organisation.

Key activities n

n
- Maintain the enterprise risk management framework and provide practical risk advice, training and reporting.
n
- Support internal audit planning, delivery, reporting, and recommendation tracking.
n
- Partner with leaders to strengthen governance, compliance, controls and risk practices.
n
- Support business continuity, crisis response, insurance and compliance programs as required.
n
- Prepare committee reporting and monitor audit actions, risks and recommendations.
n

About you n

You are a practical and collaborative risk, assurance or internal audit professional who can translate complex requirements into transparent advice. You build credibility with stakeholders, exercise sound judgement and deliver accurate reporting in a complex organisation.

- A degree or certification in business, health, governance, risk, internal audit,



compliance or a related discipline.
n
- Experience in governance, risk, compliance or internal audit within a complex organisation.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills.
n
- Experience preparing risk or audit reports and tracking actions and recommendations.
n
- The ability to work across functions and build a positive risk and controls culture.
n
- Risk management or internal audit qualifications are highly regarded.
n
- Healthcare, aged care or assurance experience is desirable.
n
