ESS manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities or "villages" for remote workers providing essential comforts such as a hot meal, a clean bed, freshly laundered workwear to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home.

The Position

Back of House

n

n
- Clean premises and equipment
n
- Apply odour control.
n
- Clean external surfaces (includes handwashing, spraying, rinsing, scraping, spot cleaning, or squeegeeing)
n
- Clean window coverings and walls
n
- Dust hard surfaces
n
- Perform basic stain removal, and polish fixtures and fittings.
n
- Remove waste.
n
- Wipe, scrub, and/or disinfect hard surfaces (e.g., sinks, countertops, toilets, etc)
n

Front of House :

n

n
- Catering Attendant bar and retail:
n
- Maintain clean and tidy dining/kitchen areas.
n
- Clean and maintain public areas.
n
- Clean, sanitize,



and store equipment base + super.
n
- Clean tables and surrounds
n
- Handle waste and linen
n
- Receive and rotate stock
n
- Replenish supplies in dining areas.
n

The Person

n

- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
n
- Full Australian Driver's License
n

- Ability to endure remote environments and weather conditions.
n
- Ability to multi-task and assist in other areas with a positive teamwork approach.
n
- Ability to work 11-hour shifts and, day or night shifts as required.
