ABOUT THE ROLE

n

Redpath is seeking experienced HD Fitters to join our underground mining maintenance teams on two major gold projects, Cowal and North Parkes.

n

In this role, you'll be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics and repair of a modern fleet of Sandvik underground mining equipment , helping keep our operation safe, reliable and productive.

n

You’ll work alongside a highly skilled maintenance team in a safety-focused environment, with exposure to a well-maintained fleet of modern underground equipment.

Our Fleet Includes

- Sandvik underground trucks
n
- Auxiliary underground support equipment
n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out breakdown repairs on Sandvik underground equipment

n
- Performing scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance and inspections

n
- Completing component change-outs and major repairs

n
- Troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems

n




- Maintaining compliance with site safety procedures and standards

n
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with site, OEM and Redpath standards

n
- Complete accurate maintenance records, reports and documentation

n
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to support safe and productive operations

n
- Contribute to a positive culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement

n

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for an experienced HD Fitters who take pride in their work and are committed to safe, high-quality maintenance.

You will require the following skills and qualifications:

n

You will possess:

n

n
- Australian Trade Qualification in Mobile Plant, Diesel Fitting or Heavy Vehicle Mechanics
n
- Experience maintaining underground mining equipment
n
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
n
- Commitment to safe work practices
n
- Current Australian Driver's License
n
