n We're recruiting an experienced Legal Assistant to join the Brisbane office of a leading national law firm, providing high-level administrative support within its Banking & Finance practice.

The Opportunity n

You'll work closely with senior lawyers within an established Banking & Finance team advising sophisticated corporate and institutional clients. This is a traditional Legal Assistant role with plenty of ownership. You'll become an important part of the practice, keeping matters organised, managing competing priorities and ensuring the team has seamless administrative support.

- Diary and meeting management
n
- Preparing, formatting and amending complex legal documents
n
- Redlining, track changes and document comparisons
n
- Billing and month-end financial administration
n
- Client and matter administration
n
- File and document management
n
- Liaising with clients and internal teams
n
- General day-to-day support across the practice
n

About You n





You’ll have at least 2years' Legal Assistant experience within a busy private practice environment.

n

Experience supporting Banking & Finance, Corporate, Commercial, Property or another transactional practice would be particularly relevant.

n

You’ll also bring solid document formatting skills, confidence with billing, excellent organisation and a proactive approach to supporting senior lawyers.

n
