Job Description

Prospect Health is assisting a well‑established Brighton GP practice seeking an experienced Practice Manager. The role covers day‑to‑day leadership of a multi‑doctor surgery on the outskirts of Brighton with strong support from a secure team and good patient satisfaction.

The successful candidate will manage a large patient list (~13,000), coordinate clinical and admin staff, and drive service improvements while enjoying a supportive environment, NHS pension, and generous annual leave.
