Process Operator (Labelling and Sorting) n

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading plastic pallet and crate manufacturing company based in Erskine Park for multiple Process Operators. This is an excellent opportunity to join a clean and modern production environment, supporting a newly established pilot process within a well-established and growing organisation.

About the Role n

Working within a processing line environment, you will be responsible for handling reusable plastic crates and pallets. The role primarily involves sorting, labelling and de-labelling, and quality checking. We are recruiting for multiple candidateswho enjoy hands-on work, have a strong eye for detail, comfortable with reptitive work and thrive in both independent and team-based environments.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Sorting pallets into appropriate categories
n
- Labelling and de-labelling pallets
n
- Conducting quality checks and identifying faults or issues
n




- Manual handling of pallets and materials
n
- Working independently and collaboratively within a small team
n
- Supporting the ongoing development and improvement of a newly established process
n

About You nn
- Previous experience in production, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or packing environments is preferred
n
- Experience sorting products and conducting quality checks is advantageous
n
- Comfortable with very repetitive and mundane work
n
- Robust communication skills and attention to detail
n
- Reliable and consistent punctuality
n
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
n

Key Details nn
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
n
- Employment type: Contractor – Ongoing work for the suitable candidate.
