- Drafting pleadings, applications and other court documents

- Preparing affidavits and witness statements

- Legal research and case analysis

- Preparing briefs to counsel

- Working directly with barristers and expert witnesses

- Discovery and preparation of evidence
n
- Preparing chronologies, court books and hearing materials
n
- Mediation and settlement negotiations
n
- Attending conferences, mediations, tribunals and court hearings
n

- Property: n

- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
n
- Commercial, retail and industrial leasing
n
- Drafting and reviewing contracts for sale
n
- Property due diligence and transaction investigations
n
- Reviewing leases, tenancy schedules and property documentationStrata and owners corporation issues

- Negotiating amendments to contracts and leases

- Assisting with property financing and mortgage-related transactions
