We’re currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established commercial construction business delivering projects across Western Australia. With upcoming hospitality and retail projects commencing, we’re looking to speak with candidates who have robust site leadership experience across commercial construction projects.

About the Role: n

You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. This opportunity will initially involve the delivery and construction of a new service station, with further projects in the pipeline.

We’re looking for people who: n

n




- Have previous experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction
n
- Have experience delivering retail, hospitality, quick food, or fit out projects
n
- Can confidently manage subcontractors, programme, and site coordination
n
- Have strong knowledge of site safety and QA processes
n
- Possess excellent communication and leadership skills
n
- Hold relevant construction qualifications or trade background (preferred)
n
