Job Description

Thales Group in Melbourne (WTC) is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer (R&D;) for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on early development of vehicle and tactical systems, delivering reliable designs for medium and heavy military vehicles and related systems.

You will design, prototype, validate components using Creo Parametric, adhere to MIL-STD/DEF STAN standards, and contribute to product and strategy initiatives within the VTS business.
