The Opportunity

Youâll work closely with highly regarded senior lawyers on a broad mix of workplace relations, employment, and safety matters. The team acts for a diverse client base, including corporates, insurers, and government bodies.
n
Your work will span:
n

n
- Industrial relations and enterprise bargaining
n
n
- Workplace health & safety matters and regulatory compliance
n
n
- Employment disputes, including unfair dismissal and general protections
n
n
- Workplace investigations
n
n
- Advisory work across employment aspects of commercial transactions
n
n
n
Youâll have the opportunity to run your own matters while also collaborating on larger, complex files.
n

About You
n
n
n
n
- 5+ yearsâ post-admission experience (flexible for the right candidate)
n
n
- Solid experience in employment, industrial relations, and/or safety law
n
n
- Ability to manage both contentious and non-contentious matters
n
n
- Commercially minded with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
n
n
- Confident communicator with solid drafting ability
n
n
- For more senior candidates: an interest in mentoring and developing junior lawyers
n
