About the Company

n Our client is a large, established Australian organisation operating within the healthcare and services sector, supporting a broad range of essential services nationally.
n With a strong focus on technology-enabled service delivery, the organisation is continuing to enhance its Salesforce capability and is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join its team-oriented technology team.
n This is a permanent Melbourne-based opportunity offering hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

About the Role

n As the Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in managing, enhancing and optimising the Salesforce environment, delivering secure, scalable and practical solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
n Working across Salesforce development, administration, integrations and automation, you will:

- Develop and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex and Salesforce configuration tools.
n
- Design and implement workflows, automations and dashboards.
n
- Support Salesforce integrations and data management activities.
n
- Maintain platform security, data accuracy, user permissions and access controls.
n
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide Salesforce platform support.
n
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
n
- Support multiple Salesforce organisations, managed packages and third-party applications.
n
- Collaborate with external vendors and implementation partners.
n
- Contribute to Salesforce governance,



technical standards and continuous platform improvement.
n
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other Salesforce developers where required.
n

About You

n You will be an experienced Salesforce Developer who combines strong hands-on technical capability with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders.
n Ideally, you will bring:

n

n
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong hands-on Apex capability.
n
- Experience developing and supporting Salesforce integrations.
n
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data management, security and access controls.
n
- Experience designing and implementing workflows, automation and dashboards.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
n
- Experience working within a complex or regulated environment.
n
- Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud, Field Service, OmniStudio or OmniScripts would be highly regarded.
n
- Experience across multiple Salesforce organisations, managed packages and third-party applications would be advantageous.
n
- Previous experience within healthcare, medical, government, financial services or another regulated industry would be beneficial.
n
- Experience mentoring or supporting other developers would also be valued.
n
