We are looking for a Rostering Consultant based in our Woolloongabba office. In this role you will be the first point of contact for a range of enquiries from clients and staff with the responsibility of allocating shifts.

On a permanent full-time basis, we are looking for a Rostering Consultant based in our Woolloongabba office. In this role you will be the first point of contact for a range of enquiries from clients and staff. You will join an established team, working across a fortnightly rotating roster Monday to Friday:
n
• Fortnight 1: 11am-7pm
n
• Fortnight 2: 04.30am – 12.30pm
n
Day to day you will also:
n
n
- Respond to inbound calls from clients and candidates
n
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients and candidates
n
- Source and place suitable candidates into shifts
n
- Perfom administrative activities to increase the candidate pool
n
- Ensure an productive transition with state-based after-hours operations through effective communication
n
- Familiarise and work in accordance with the HCA WHS and QMS systems, policies and procedures
n

Your resume should show that you can confidently handle phone and email enquiries in a fast-paced environment, keeping things running smoothly even when it’s busy. Any experience in healthcare rostering will be a big plus! You’re driven, passionate, and dedicated to coordinating effective services for both clients and staff, with the ability to stay calm and focused when the pressure’s on.
