Job Description

Yoko Dining in Brisbane's Howard Smith Wharves is seeking a Commis Chef to join a rapid-paced kitchen that blends Japanese classics with local produce.

You’ll work under pressure, bring energy, precision and creativity to every plate, and benefit from lunch and dinner shifts, staff discounts, and career progression within The Apollo Restaurant Group.

Experience of at least 2 years in a high-volume kitchen is required; a passion for Japanese or Asian cuisine is a bonus.
