Key Responsibilities: n

- Process Import Declarations for our freight forwarding clients in a timely manner
n
- Ensure smooth workflow and exceptional client satisfaction
n
- Maintain excellent service standards with all stakeholders
n
- Provide guidance to compilers as needed
n




- Classify import and export goods
n
- Assist with Customs and DAFF clearances
n

Required Qualifications & Skills: nn
- Current Australian Customs Brokers Licence
n
- Current AEP accreditation with DAFF
n
- Strong understanding of customs procedures and compliance requirements
n
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Customs Tariff
n
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team connections
n
- Customer service excellence
n
- Strong prioritisation skills to meet deadlines
n
- Proactive approach with solid work ethic
n
- Reliability and professional accountability
n

Preferred Experience: nn
- Air and Ocean Freight experience
n
- Experience with Expedient and/or CargoWise Next or a willingness to learn new systems
n
