Ready to Kick-Start Your Career? We're looking for an energetic, motivated Warehouse & Sales All-Rounder to join our team at the Underwood Branch!

n

If you're a team player with 1-2 years of warehousing or customer service experience, this is your chance to step into a fast-paced, hands-on role with room to grow.

What you'll be doing: n

n
- Helping out in the warehouse with picking, packing, and unloading stock (up to 20kg).
n
- Operating a forklift safely to move and organise stock.
n
- Providing top-notch customer service at the front counter – serving customers, answering calls, processing invoices, and giving product advice.
n
- Preparing orders for collection or freight, including wrapping, labelling, and creating delivery dockets.
n
- Supporting your team by working collaboratively across both warehouse and counter areas.
n
- Jumping between warehouse and front counter duties as needed, keeping the day running smoothly.
n

Hours: n

Monday to Friday, 7AM - 4PM. No weekends

What you'll need: n

n
- You have a solid background in customer service and warehousing.
n
- Ability to handle manual tasks and lift up to 20kg.
n
- A class c driver's license and forklift license.
n
- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
n
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp product knowledge efficiently.
n
- Hardworking and ambitious,

- You have exceptional people skills and communication abilities, and you are able to communicate with a wide range of individuals.
n
- A true team player, you're ready to jump in and help wherever needed.
n
- You have full Australian working rights with no restrictions - Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident as sponsorship is not offered for this position.
