nStep into a fast-paced Senior HR Business Partner contract where you can quickly build relationships, support leaders and make an immediate impact.n
nYou’ll join the Australian operation of a well-established global organisation, working as part of an experienced HR team within a professional services environment.n
nPartnering across a diverse portfolio of client groups, you’ll work closely with leaders and stakeholders across the business, providing practical HR advice, coaching and support while progressing key people priorities.n
nThis is not a transactional HR role. You’ll need to quickly build credibility, understand the business and confidently operate across a broad generalist HR remit.n
The Role n
nReporting to the HR Director, you will:n

- Build trusted relationships with leaders across your client groups
n
- Coach and support managers across people and performance matters
n
- Support workforce and succession planning, talent and capability development
n
- Partner with leaders on remuneration, job families and competency frameworks
n
- Proactively identify people priorities and provide practical solutions
n




- Contribute to broader HR projects and organisational initiatives
n
- Provide generalist HR advice, including ER and performance matters
n
- Support WHS, workers compensation and return-to-work matters as required
n

About You n
nYou’ll be an experienced Senior HR Business Partner who can quickly understand a business, establish strong stakeholder relationships and operate with a high level of autonomy.n
nYou’ll ideally bring:n
n

- Solid generalist HR experience within a corporate or white-collar environment
n
- Proven HR business partnering and stakeholder management capability
n
- Confidence coaching, challenging and influencing managers
n
- Strong prioritisation and time-management skills
n
- A practical, resourceful and adaptable approach
n
- Confidence making decisions and navigating ambiguity
n
- The ability to hit the ground running and add value quickly
n
- WHS and/or workers compensation exposure would be advantageous
n
