Job Description

LEAP Legal Software is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to own the learning agenda, set strategy, and deliver a unified L&D; function. You will launch a Manager Development Program, implement a single LMS, and align training with leadership, onboarding, and product training.

You’ll report to the Chief People Officer, own the budget, and collaborate with executives and external providers to scale impactful programs.
