Job Description

Kyabram District Health Service in Kyabram, VIC, seeks an Aboriginal Health Liaison Officer to improve access to culturally secure health services across the community. You will provide support, advocacy and navigation for clients and families.

You will build solid relationships with Aboriginal communities and partner organisations, contribute to health promotion and staff education, and support culturally safe care across KDHS.
