2 x Cattle Feedlot Allrounders
n Moree, NSW
n Onsite Accommodation & Meals
n Our client operates a large-scale cattle feedlot near Moree in northern NSW, alongside grazing, dryland, and irrigated cropping operations.
n They are currently seeking two General Feedlot Labourers andMachinery Operators . While the primary focus will be on feeding (tractor and loader operation, mill work, and bunk management), this is a diverse and hands-on role that offers exposure to other aspects of the feedlot including pen riding, processing, mustering, fencing, and welding.

Key Responsibilities: n

- Operate tractors, loaders, water trucks, and other machinery
n
- Operate the feed mill and grain processing equipment
n
- Mix and deliver feed to cattle
n
- Clean and maintain feed bunks, troughs, and pens daily
n
- Handle and process cattle including drafting, weighing, and mustering
n
- Diagnose and treat sick cattle
n
- Perform welding and fencing tasks as required
n




- Carry out regular maintenance and cleaning of machinery and equipment
n
- Maintain accurate stock and feeding records
n
- Follow all WH&S;, QA, Animal Welfare and Environmental standards and protocols
n

Ideal Candidate: nn
- Experience in similar feedlot or livestock roles is highly desirable
n
- Strong cattle handling skills and calm, patient attitude
n
- Skilled in operating tractors, front-end loaders, and feed wagons
n
- High attention to detail and observation skills
n
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team
n
- Willingness to take on varied duties across the feedlot
n
- Ability to follow feeding protocols and assist with record-keeping
n

Position Details: nn
- Casual positions, working a 10-days-on / 4-days-off roster
n
- Hourly rate : From $33+ per hour, depending on experience
n
- Accommodation and meals provided onsite (single-person quarters)
n
