Job Description

Integral Diagnostics (IDX Group) is seeking a Group Manager, Organisational Development, Change & Communications to lead enterprise OD strategy, leadership capability, employee engagement, change management and internal communications.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead a small team, work with the Executive Team and translate priorities into practical initiatives that strengthen culture and performance.
