Patrick's Bakery is located in the heart of Regents Park in Queensland and is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our team!

The Role n

n
- Weighing and timing shots, and dialling in espresso daily
n
- Adjusting grinders throughout service to hold quality and consistency
n
- Frothing and texturing milk to a high, repeatable standard
n
- Daily cleaning and back-flushing of the espresso machine
n
- Running a clean, organised, efficient bar through peak rush
n

n

As a team member, you'll play a vital role in day-to-day operations which will include opening or closing the store, set responsibilities requiring time strong management skills, as well as assisting with kitchen hand duties, including:

- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
n
- Serving customers
n

What We're Looking For nn
- Previous experience in a bakery, hospitality, or retail environment is desirable
n
- Ability to manage time and communicate priorities/work efficiently and effectively in an often fast-paced environment
n
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
n
- Excellent knowledge of relevant food health safety standards
n
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings (sometimes from 5am), weekends and public holidays
n
