Casual Cleaner – Residential, Bond & Commercial n

Spellbond Cleaning is looking for a reliable Casual Cleaner to join our growing team across Newcastle and Port Stephens.

n

This is a hands‑on role across residential cleaning, deep cleaning, end‑of‑lease cleaning and light commercial cleaning.

n

You’ll work alongside Keira initially and be trained in the Spellbond Cleaning Method before progressing to independent work.

n

We operate to clear systems and standards. We’re looking for someone who is thorough, consistent, takes pride in their work and is willing to learn how we do things at Spellbond.

n

This is a casual position with approximately 15–25 hours per week. Hours may vary depending on bookings and business needs.

What you’ll be doing n

n
- Residential maintenance cleaning
n
- End‑of‑lease cleaning
n
- Deep cleaning
n
- Light commercial and office cleaning
n
- Following Spellbond cleaning systems and procedures
n
- Completing quality checks before leaving each job
n
- Caring for client homes, workplaces and property
n
- Looking after supplied equipment and products
n
- Working independently once fully trained
n
- Travelling between jobs across Newcastle, Port Stephens and surrounding service areas
n

What we’re looking for n

A high cleaning standard is essential for this role.

You’ll also need to be:

- Reliable and punctual
n
- Thorough and consistent
n
- Qualified in clients’ homes and workplaces
n
- Able to follow instructions and established systems
n
- Comfortable receiving feedback during training
n




- Able to work independently once trained
n
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties for extended periods
n
- Someone who takes pride in the finished result
n
- Comfortable working across different properties and environments
n

Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not essential. We’re happy to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, is willing to learn and can consistently work to Spellbond’s standards.
